        Shameful really. Visited the Regent Street (Flagship store) in July 2022. No disabled access as their internal lift was not operating. 5 weeks later - still not fixed! and no timescale to get it fixed. Hardly inclusive and feel I can no longer visit this store to buy clothes. Once again those with mobility issues are discriminated and given a lesser experience. Think outside the box Gant and find a solution.
