My haircut was OK (ish). I'll probably need it done again in a couple of weeks. The guy who cut my hair didn't seem very professional and lacked any customer service. He squared off my neckline without asking me what I wanted, didn't really take any time with me, didn't wash my hair, didn't style my hair or ask if I wanted product. I was in the chair for 10 mins max and then had the audacity to charge me 17. I asked if it could be shorter or whether there was anything he suggested...he pretty much just laughed and said 'that's it, you're done!' Even though it isn't expensive as far as London barbers are concerned AND I went in on the off chance as I work around the corner, I won't be going back.
