Super rude and unhelpful. All we needed was to change an old 10 note, the lady behind the counter looked annoyed at the prospect Id approached and told me it was not possible until the following day. Walked into NatWest a few doors down and the gent hopped up and swapped it within seconds. Absolutely useless bank.

Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in on a Friday afternoon, a full hour before they shut, to make a deposit. There were just 2 very useless people in the entire building. One behind the counter who could not accept my deposit because they'd shut all their tills, A FULL HOUR BEFORE CLOSING, and directed me to use their cash machines. There was only one problem...the cash machine was not working. They spent 20mins booting and rebooting the machine whilst I sat waiting. A transaction that should have taken 5 mins to complete, took about a half hour. I will never use this branch again, and I hope with such poor service, they shut it down.

bad customer service, and prejudiced I arrived at the branch no one wanted to serve me the branch was empty I asked for help to just print a one-month statement and an impatient employee just spoke to me and left me alone at the machine without me knowing what to do and then another guy arrived I asked for help again he helped the other people who were well dressed and ignored me, he after 30 minutes he came to ask me I begged please help me with a lot of sacrifice he came but I believe he didn't even know how to do it and again it printed wrong I questioned and said why is that? he also didn't know how to make them, he actually wanted to go inside, he didn't want to serve the public as it should be done. Barclays customer service disappointment I will cancel my account with them

Loveliest service of all Barclays banks. Have been coming here for about half a year now and whoever greets me and/or serves me at the counter is always nice and helpful. Nice place too. I'd just recommend to fill up the hand sanitiser stand by the door and to be honest the wooden A board that I sometimes see displayed doesn't match the 'bank' vibe and decor at all
