        I have recently visited the Chancery Lane branch of Barclays and want to say special thank you to my adviser Daveyan Wright, who was very helpful and efficient to resolve several issues, which I had with my account for a while. He came across as very experienced and having a good knowledge of the products and services that the bank could offer, and thanks to him we have found a best solution for me. Very happy with the service I received there!

        Barclays really need to look into their branch managers to be specific the likes of Alika. I came into the branch to cash in some money and needed assistance due to a faulty machine. Upon arrival she was the only member off staff available and witnessed I was struggling but had a glance and proceeded to just stand around and not assist. Later when I asked her for help she had assisted with a attitude and a very rude approach. Alika really needs to be looked into as she is not worthy of this title and does not fulfil her duty to the public.
