I am very surprised by the other reviews... anyway, my experience has been very good. Great service and a beautiful branch...which is not essential but helps.

Once again RBS you manage to fail. Why not spend two minutes updating your opening hours on this app! Instead of putting up a bit of paper for customers to then read once theyve made the journey!

I don't visit often but when I have I've always found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. To echo a previous review it is a bonus that the branch is very pleasant to be in.
