DO NOT BOOK, USE UBER/BOLT/FREENOW INSTEAD. I originally chose this company due to good reviews that I now believe are fake. My driver was late. When I called, he said he was covering for another driver whose car broke down. Poor communication from the dispatcher. Once in the car, the driver's body odor was so severe that I cancelled the ride. I had to further delay my trip home and book another expensive car service on the spot. The company refuses to refund me despite terrible service. Service: Limousines

Don't use their services from the airport - total rip off - waiting time in Heathrow is very long and they end up charging the wait time - 40 GBP wait charge on top of their 77GBP service - just not worth it - could have taken an Uber from level 3 parking and that wouldn't have costed me this much - just don't fall into this like I did
