        Absolutely terrible service. The amount of times i would send an email and get no response. This then caused a debt recovery to have to contact me to sort this out which obviously increased the charge. Nightmare. If they had just called me back like they promised it would have been sorted there and then...but no. Watch out for them!! no joke also love that this also happened to me at waterworld

        Tried to say Id parked in waterworld stoke and not paid for a ticket. Good job I keep everything, money grabbers no apology . Hence you lose businesses money as I wont be going to waterworld again. Very stressful experience

        Unprofessional Company - Took me to court for parking in the car park that my employer owned and I had right to park in. The case was dismissed under the POFA however the judge also advised that the parking company was using abuse of power by charging too much and adding too many fees to the parking charges. Faceless company - haven't responded to any emails I write to them and only communicate through their legal provider "BW Legal" and their reviews speak for themselves... A complete rogue operation should be looked into.
