Pret A Manger

If you look at all the reviews before me, a majority complain about service. I agree. Pret are reading this but doing nothing about it. This is one of the worst branches. I ask for an extra hot latte twice when I went, repeated and stressed it and got a cold latte. Staff never take notice. Always talking amongst themselves. I don't want a cold hot drink! The manager is also rude.

Staff was friendly but .....I bought an omelette sandwich , the egg was made to look bigger than it was, as they pushed it to one side! Shenni opened the bread to see content the egg was covering 2/3 of the bread ! Eggs are cheap so don't understand the stupid behaviour! Pret a manger used to be my favourite place but I've noticing that prices are increasing and sizes and quality are decreasing ! Very soon you'll loose a customer for good ! If you are charging more at least keep the quality and STOP BEING GREEDY !

Utterly disappointed in this service. Very unfriendly. My 11 year old daughter and her friend ordered two babiccinos (warm milk) in the freezing cold. The man who worked there proceeded to stare at them for about 3 minutes before turning around just to hand them two small cups of cold milk. Do not recommend unless you want your children to freeze.
