(Translated by Google) I have had the bad luck of getting carried away by the marketing of this company, my advice.... (Use the Google translator) will give you the same purpose... What a crap device, 380 in the trash, it's worthless , it doesn't translate well, it gets stuck, sometimes it doesn't even record, the battery goes flying puff..... And, don't try to contact them later! Because you will despair! DO NOT BUY VASCO ELECTRONIC V4 NOOOOOO. NO COMPREN VASCO ELECTRONIC V4 NOOOOOO.

I bought a translator 3 from this company, from their uk website, UPS tried to deliver it and wanted to charge me 72.00 import duty after refusing to except it and several failed attempts to contact vasco by phone which is never answered, I emailed and a day later received an email response telling me they were speaking to UPS and sorting out the problem and I had nothing to pay, UPS again tried to deliver and charge me at this point I refused again and phoned UPS to tell them to send it back to Vasco, vasco again told me they were sorting it out and I asked for a full refund and as I paid through PayPal opened a case, several days later I was told by vasco always by email because their phone is never answered that they had sorted problem with UPS and it would be delivered with nothing to pay so when it turned up again with nothing to pay written on the box I excepted it closed the case with PayPal,So why now am I being sent invoices by UPS for not just the duty but for late payment charges and threatening me with legal action Either UPS are corrupt and lieing so they could get me to except it or Vasco Electronics are either way if you buy from this company please confirm the price shown is the price you pay like their website customer contract says.Obviously I am going to pay the charges and take legal action against Vasco Electronics as I mentioned if you read their customer contract it clearly states including all delivery and duty , that with the 4/5 emails from Linda if she exists telling me I have nothing to pay Im sure I have a good case Colin Keeler Re: Import duty charges - [FDV-GNQZZ-898]
