The first guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and convincing so I was confident of using this company for probate. This is the last time this company showed any professionalism or competence. The case worker's do not seem to work your case unless you chase them constantly. Then lo and behold the next day you get paperwork to sign to move the case on!!! Often it's paperwork that you have previously signed but they have just failed to work on, so let's send it out again so we look like we are doing something!!! The co-op cannot justify the amount they charge. I should have bitten the bullet and done the process myself. I spend all my time filling forms which I could have done myself without their input. I have pointed out my dissatisfaction to both assigned caseworkers, to no effect. My serious advice is do not use this company. I wish I had found these reviews when I was looking at probate companies.

When it starts going wrong they tend to hide away and ignore keeping you up to date. My wife has agreed a property sale and nearly three months later it's being held up over one proof document that co-op agreed to deal with.

Booked appointment for a will but never showed. Re-book, and again never honoured the appointment. And once again re booked for the 3rd the and a week before co op cancelled. Waisted 4 months Advice.. go elsewhere.

Slow, unresponsive and incorrect calculations where whey are supposed to be experts on. The case got transferred to multiple people without making progress.
