Ordered one thing and got completely another. Sent an email asking why and was ignored. I wanted to send the white flowers on the left with a vase to a young girl (totally unromantic). Got the red roses on the right in a cardboard box - no vase, not even close.

So Rude, impatient and very disrespectful on the Phone. I don't even want to give a single star for this company. I was trying to order some flowers for my wife and we asked for a proper invoice, which I want to keep for my reference, But the lady we were talking totally lost her patience and called us fraudulent, and said she will report us. My order number at point of sale was 10931. I would suggest not buying anything from this company as the response you are likely to get is one of hostility and impatience and somebody constantly interrupting you and not allowing you to explain yourself properly. I am fairlt new to this country and have always always found English people to be so charming and polite but it's quite the opposite with with this company.
