        The receptionist was very friendly; the Dr was much more serious. Grateful they allowed me to enter with my husband to do a blood test because Im fainter. Good overall second experience of visiting the practice.

        The Neaman practice is fabulous. A few years ago Id have given a 1 star for sure but they changed the staff and practices and since then its been brilliant.

        *Reception is the biggest problem with the surgery, and obviously you need to get past reception to contact a doctor, so tricky very tricky! Unless Private. Over the last 5 years the practice has gone downhill, firstly it was Doctors leaving then slowly most of the reception. Now the door / reception is 50/50 with Mohammed that understands his working in a GP Practice and shows the skill needed to deal with people 'seeking help' from their GP and deals with you politely and quickly. Then the other half of reception Mrs C making the simple difficult not what you expect from your GP a confrontational receptionist with not just a chip on her shoulder but a whole King-Edward.
