Disgusting service, staff are unbelievably disrespectful and lazy. Been a patient since pre lockdown, they fit poor braces that constantly break, Ive woken up numerous time to a mouth full of blood as from how poorly fitted the wires in my braces were. They also cancelled my treatment too early, resulting in me having to go through the process again. However now that Im 18 they insist I must pay, otherwise theyll refuse to see me. Its been 6 months, I cannot talk and I can barely eat as my mouth is filled with broken metal and my wounds have become infected. Ive called emergency services many times and theyve constantly dismissed me to go and get the braces removed at my orthodontist. My teeth are my biggest insecurity, what will it take for them and dentists in general to do their jobs? Suicide? Does someone have to end their life for them to do their jobs?

So unprofessional, it honestly doesnt matter what time it is they wont pick up the phone.

Im so disappointed in the lack of service and feel terrible that I have been sending my son here for his braces. Something is broken and sticking out of the brace. I have called for days to get him to see someone and there is no answer or response to the messages I leave. Totally disgusting service. I am worried his teeth will not be a good job especially as I have now seen these reviews. There are other local practices that are far more superior. Unfortunately I now have to take him private because treatment has already started at this diabolical place.
