Very good service in objecting to a planning application. Tigerish attention to detail, no stone left unturned or aspect ignored, responsive to my questions and suggestions, good follow-up with the Council. On edit ... applicant posted a revised application, and SM Planning returned to the fray with a further letter of objections, which was this time successful. Entirely satisfactory service and outcome.

Stuart Minty and James Dawe provided planning services throughout what was a complex planning application with a notoriously challenging local authority. We would highly recommend SM Planning. We put through two separate applications; SM Planning had their work cut out, but due to their invaluable knowledge and experience they got both applications approved. Brilliant communication, help and advice from Stuart Minty and James Dawe who offered a clear breakdown of the process and answered any questions we had. We genuinely felt we were in safe hands and James was unflappable, going above and beyond to get our applications approved. It was extremely refreshing working with a company who were so professional, friendly, punctual and experienced all in one package. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend SM Planning. Brilliant.
