        It's a scam, they've been ripping my elderly father off for months. 56 initial payment then a 26 direct debit that they set up by hacking his account. Reported to police.

        STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Wish I could give them no stars! They conned my elderly mum into giving her bank details to them by posing as her British Gas Homecare. They set up a direct debit without her permission then started ringing her every day to try to add more products on. Luckily she wouldn't agree to that but they took 100 from her before I noticed what was happening and put a stop to it. Of course they deny any wrong doing but NO legimate company asks for bank details over the phone so why are they doing it?
