I requested a quote for a new front door canopy and refurbishment of a roof over a bay window. Paul visited the same day 26th May, drove 5 miles across Bolton and impressed me immediately. A few days later he sent me a quote which I accepted and since then I cannot get a response from him. Apparently my emails go to his SPAM folder, he won't answer his phone and has stopped responding to my SMS text messages. I am at a complete loss why he will not respond. I chose him based on his excellent Google reviews and the fact that he is registered as a Which Trusted Trader, which is definitely misleading! Managed to get through today, maybe in 2 weeks. Gave up in November 2022, had the work done by someone else in January 2023.

I rang Paul for some advice on repairing my dry verge. I asked Paul if he didnt mind helping me with a few questions I had. Paul explained everything very well and helped me solve a problem over the phone and answered the questions so I understood them. Defiantly a man that knows what he is talking about. Not once did Paul try and pressure me to get him to do the job. Not many honest tradesmen about these days. I will defiantly be recommending Paul to anyone who is having a roof problem. 10/10

Complete timewaster. Agreed on a job and price. Paul explained he was busy so it would be a few months. I accepted this. As we reached the time when Paul had agreed to do the work I contacted him. He said he was behind on other jobs and it would be next month. He never called to re-confirm the date. I called again. 'Next month' was his reply again. He then simply stopped responding to text's messages or phone messages. Simply preferring to ignore any attempt to contact him. Wasted months waiting for this clown. Would not recommend.
