Oh dear..... Now I know why we go to Whittakers. I think this has changed hands recently. We went today, a Saturday afternoon on the run up to Back to School. 5 kids serving, and I do mean kids. One older girl with them. 3 stood round talking and eventually they realised no one was serving us. The girl who initially started helping (blond hair) was ok, but then had to ring 'Elaine' and from then on we never dealt with her, we were left to our own devices. Again, eventually another girl came over and my god she didn't knnow one measurement from another (apparently 36 and 40 are leg lengths....?) From there on we were on our own. Help yourself basically, whilst the original blond girl and a lad were messing about with stepladders, pulling each other off them. In a shop. With customers. I hope your public liability insurance is up to date. When they weren't all messing about (and they only stopped that when who we presume is the owner came down from upstairs) they were comparing mobile phones. We found the items we needed, paid, and said tara to Ziggys; we'll go Whittakers next time. We came here to support the local shop.

Ordered my daughters full uniform 4 weeks, starts back this week, still no Pe kit, been ring for over a week and still no answer, so now I have to travel from clayton to Halifax to see if its in, if not what a waste of diesel, other uniform shops have what I need but I've already paid, im not happy at, guna return it all go somewhere else, shocking service
