The fan on my laptop stopped working correctly, I rang him up he said bring it in the following day, so I did and he had it fixed and working properly for me in under 15 minutes. Great knowledge and excellent customer service. Thank you

I bought a firestick guaranteed for 12 months. Lasted about 2 with constant problems. Was always back and forth to get sorted. I am not technical one bit so I think he used this to fob me off each time. Found him quite patronising too. Won't be going back, he's already had 120 outa me, won't be getting anymore!!!
