I dont usually post like this as I dont like slagging off businesses. But this needs to be out there. DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW INDALI ON JUSTEAT!! Ordered chicken korma and a butter chicken and when they arrived they were identical!! Usually a butter chicken is garlic and cream based whereas a korma is coconut. I have the butter chicken from there before and it has been a garlic based masala type curry. However tonight it was a korma- it was full of coconut and thus my partner could not eat it as it makes him ill. I rang the restaurant after discovering this and was met with a hostile man who said thats how it is love- if you dont like it dont order it! I told him I checked the menu and it does not state coconut anywhere in the description and it is not safe to put that in there if not advertised due to allergies, etc. The man then said listen love you can talk and talk all you want but I aint changing my recipe- its the same as a korma but not a korma as it has more butter- I aint sorting this for you so I just said ok and hung up. The customer service was appalling and the food wasnt even that great- and to top it off we paid 6.95 for lamb chops and got one lamp chop and 2 bones. Ive put the menu below for reference to show what they advertise as butter chicken and also pictures of both curries side by side!!
