It's pretty easy to give feedback when everything goes well. However, when something goes wrong the best way to see if the company is really customer friendly, is to see how they react when things go wrong. Something went wrong with my dentistry, but it wasn't this company's fault, even though my original thoughts were it could be. I contacted Swift for details about the dentures they made for me, and they replied very quickly with a detailed explanation. So, I thank them for that.

Swift has been an established and successful laboratory for many years specialising in Prosthetics, Crown, Bridgework and Implantology. They look after their customers and their service is commendable. Technicians are highly experienced and knowledgable and their admin team exemplary. Whenever I need advice, Yasmin from Customer service is able to address matters efficiently and with speed. Overall, I would strongly recommend them. Recently fitted a Valplast lower 'side plate'. They usually need minor adjustments but this one fitted perfectly. The patient was very happy and did not need to return for an ease.
