I have visited the Shotton Branch 3 times now over the space of a couple months and each time the staff are far more interested in having a chat and natter amongst themselves than serving customers. I have just been in today and ordered several pasties, pizza slices, a couple of drinks and a packet of crisps for me and my family, with it being a large order, I asked for a bag too. The staff member placed all of the food onto the counter and then draped the plastic bag over the food and stated the price of it all. I was happy to pay but the laziness, dismissiveness and lack of basic customer service was enough to turn me away. Me and my Family walked out without purchasing a thing, simply because the customer service was a shambles. As stated, I have been into this branch a few times recently and it has been the same every time but today was the tipping point. I will not be visiting or buying from here again. One Star
