I would never recommend this company ...they lie !! We have had to spend over 700 rectifying issues they left us with. Damp and wet ceiling after the middle part of the the installation wasn't done correctly. Black mould. Numerous text messages and lies later...nothing. Complaint started in June 22 and had to have fixed ourselves early this year after numerous promises. Owner blocked me from the Facebook page after leaving an honest review of just 2 lines. I have the texts to prove all this. This is an honest review. Waited this long to review to give them chance to correct this. But just ignored my last few correspondences.

Terrible company. I have been waiting since august for faults to be rectified. I have been left with faulty electrics. As I have complained the Mike the owner of the company he has now blocked me from Facebook so I am u able to comment and ask for help. After weeks and weeks of promises to come and sort my issues I am either fobbed off or have no shows. I am at my wits end now as a single mother to be left with issues.

I wasn't sure whether to invest in a SupaLite roof but we decided to look into it and I'm delighted we did. Mike (the owner) from Allied was really really helpful, he came to visit us, sorted out the quote, survey, and trades people. He was also always on the end of the phone to answer questions. It took about a week from start to finish, the team that put the roof on were great, really helpful and asking us if we were happy with the changes. The electricians were really efficient and tidy, and the plasterers were absolutely top notch. Cleaned up after themselves and left us with a warm, temperature controlled room. (It doesn't feel like a conservatory anymore) after that Mike made sure all the rubbish was taken away the next day. Absolutely flawless service and we would use them again. In terms of estimation, it was a little later starting the job, but that was due to weather conditions and availability. Overall 5 star and I'd use the team again with no hesitation. Steve.

I wouldnt even give this company a 1, absolutely unprofessional, have had so many problems with the fitting of our windows and doors, anyone wanting proof I can provide pictures, no foam filled in just the windows screwed, very noisy and breezy when the weather is bad. The owner fobbing us off saying its its not a legal requirement to put foam and insulate before putting windows in, clearly if theres a problem then it needs sorting! Total unprofessional company just on here warning others before they trust them blindly. Our front door frame was moving after we got it fitted, called the owner back and clearly there was evidence that no foam was filled in, after debating with us for ages, the owner said he will do it again for us but that will void our guarantee! Void the guarantee for a mistake that was clearly theirs! The owner has told us that the company has closed, the page is clearly up and running on Facebook and google. Steer well clear from these cowboys!
