Just about the worst car dealer in the UK. Part exchanged my BMW 5 Series in November 2014 for a 2010 Vauxhall Astra, was aware it was CAT C but had been repaired and re-MOT'd 2 years prior to me buying. The car developed numerous serious faults within days, Electrical Faults, drive shaft, violent wheel shaking, DPF Filter, Brake Failure... the list goes on. The garage where very reluctant to do anything about it until I reported them to Trading Standards and wrote to them via my Solicitor. They agree to take the car back and repair it but where not willing to issue a refund. They had the car for almost 4 weeks and supposedly repaired it at a Vauxhall dealer. On getting it back all seemed fine for a day or two, however on taking it for a service essentially the same issues remained, over 30 electrical faults, water in the headlamp, drive shaft and I now have a buckled wheel as well. Since having it back I have only driven it 82 miles and in the past 4 weeks its been outside my house collecting dust as needs several hundred pounds to fix it. Gary (Employee) of SJB has the unique ability to not be able to answer his phone and when he does he completely forgets the issues and its like starting from fresh. Scott (Owner) is no better, promises of getting it fixed, calls back, chequers been sent, nothing has happened. I have since been back in contact with Trading standards, who seem to be useless in the matter. But I have now filled a complaint with HM Courts and Tribunals Service to taker this to a small claims court. I am seeking to have them collect the car and refund me for it and the costs incurred. When Scott does answer the phone you get sarcastic comments and no progress, he's clearly not interested. If I did not live 4 hours away I would have visited them to resolve by now. I am left with no choice but to take them to Court, which Scott replied when I told him GOOD LUCK! Avid like the plague, I will pursue this to the limit, in the interim getting the car repaired so its disable as I cannot afford to not have a working car.

LYING SCUMBAGS. Test drove a car in November 2014, the engine warning light was on they said they would have a look and repair it. Put a depsoti down and came back a week later said minor issue had been sorted. I asked what if it came back? They replied would be able to repair it at my local garage as I live in North Wales. Well problem came back less than a month later, as well as another indicator light. Have made at least 10 phone calls requesting repairs and not 1 single phone call returned to try to fix it. Still trying to sort it through citizens advice. AVOID!!
