We bought a nearly new pick up. After 1 month the paint started to come off the wheels which I learnt was now sprayed. After several visits they agreed to re-spray them 6 months after purchase . Within another month the paints coming off again. The owner told me its my fault for cleaning it with a jet washer. Its been cleaned once since the spray job. I dont accept that a car wheel cant be cleaned with a jet spray . Its just an excuse and a poor botch job. Unfortunately owner was in denial and aggressive and eventually walked off. It just puts you off buying off none dealer ships. I had had initial problems with the engine. They made no attempt to sort it and just sent me to Nissan and said it was up to them. But legally its not its down to the retailer. Nissan were very good and repaired the issue. I just wouldnt buy off these or any other nine main dealer again. They act and trade like stereotypical second hand car sales people. If you know your car stuff let me know if you should be able to clean a car with a vehicle with a jet spray without worrying if the wheel paint should come off. See images: response : I have never come across any vehicle that someone would say you cant pressure wash. If you used a brush / cloth the paint would still come off because it simply hasnt been applied properly. I was given the impression in purchase that these were expensive alloys. And you didnt mention then not to clean it. Just looks a poor job. And the reason why the dealer walked off because I told him he should take responsibility for what he sold. Experience is everything and from day one there was no ownership regarding any faults. It went to Nissan about 6 times for a DOF fault. Nissan very good but it should not have been down to me sort the issues. 35 years local business does not justify doing a poor job and then blaming the customer for a poor paint job.

purchased a transit connect excellent service very friendly and honest from start to finish nothing too much trouble the after sales is second to non very rear these days I would certainly recommend and be returning when ready to swap

Brilliant service, went above and beyond to deliver our van on time and we have had absolutely trouble free motoring since. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Cant fault the service, quality or price at all.

Genuinely can not fault these guys. Me and my partner have always been wary of buying from independent garages because there's so many rogue ones, but these guys are the total opposite. We went to view a Focus Titanium X last Monday, something we'd been searching for, for a while and just couldn't find the right one. We then came across this one. Even on the phone, they answered every question well and was open to each and everyone. Upon visiting they wasn't pushy and gave us all the time we needed, let us take it for a test drive and fully inspect the car before deciding. There was a couple of stone chips on the back that had previously been repainted but not to a great standard, we pointed this and a small mark out and without hesitation, they said they would get it fixed, but did warn us it may not look brand new, but would definitely look better. We placed our deposit and was told the car would be ready in around 10 days due to the bank holiday and they don't want it to leave without a full MOT and service. They also told us that they would fix any advisories if there was any. Throughout the 10 days they was happy enough to answer any questions on the phone and gave me updates. The car had an advisory on 2 tyres but they decided to change all 4 instead of just the 2. The paint repair job exceeded my expectations and genuinely looks brand new. We collected the car today and it was a very pleasant transaction. They even took the time to show us the little things in the car that we might of not even known existed. Aswell as them doing some research on the questions we had throughout the week. I would definitely buy another vehicle from these and I would recommend each and every person that reads this review to do the same if they see something they like on their forecourt. Thank you to all of you for the pleasant experience and showing that there are some great small garages out there.
