Bought a car from this company. Fantastic friendly staff. Its was a 2015 plate car but was like a brand new condition one.Excellent service. Noticed a small problem with my car. Contacted the dealers, they said take it to my local garage and they would pay the bill. They did. Definitely recommend this dealership.

My Dad bought a car here and now I've bought a car from them. Great people to buy from, very professional. Buying the car was very straightforward, no gimmicks no fuss. The car had a slight problem with the auto start stop so i rang them and it's been immediately dealt with under warranty. I would recommend Sarah Cox to anyone looking for a used car.

Shoddy dealership. Test drove a car last year where Mark and I were made aware of a rough wheel bearing and knocking axle bushes. I went ahead and purchased the car on the basis that the wheel bearing would be fixed along with it being given a full year MOT. I pick up the car a few days later, and the rough wheel bearing was still there. The car should have never passed the MOT however it still somehow did (very legal). I brought the car back the next day and they supposedly fixed the bearing, however 10 months later the wheel bearing has gone again. Anyone with common sense should know that a wheel bearing should last longer than 10 months, epecially since the car does less than 20 miles per week. They clearly did not perform the repair properly and I am now out of pocket.
