Has improved so much since being taken over. Staff are really lovely, often work long hours to fit patients in and the wait to speak to a receptionist is 1/10 of the time it was under the previous owners. Really good surgery

No confidence in doctors. I have been waiting for a call from the doctors about results taken from tests a week ago, and I was promised a call 2 days ago, still received nothing after I had to call and ask if they had my results and I was turned away. When I was in the appointment, taking results, I was made to feel inferior, embarrassed and very alone. I wanted assurance and help, and I was asked to be as fast as I can because the person that processes the results was leaving soon, even though when I called I explained the issue and was booked into an appointment, so clearly there was no thought put into my needs or helping me. As an 18 year old girl, I felt alone, embarrassed and tearful. Very upset.

Not very good at all since taking over, I work long hours and have been trying for weeks to get an appointment to no avail, just told phone at 8am I keep trying only to be told all appointment have now gone, very poor show I need to know about my diabetes
