        Visited to look at a particular van that was advertised and wished we had not bothered. On arrival we were greeted by one man and his dog. Most of the caravans on sale look like trade ins/auction units. Not particularly clean vans and the one we looked at absolutely stank. Owner put it down to a previous viewer doing something dispicable in the loo and his cleaner not being at work - we have been looking at this van on ebay for at least two weeks so I think thats plenty of time to sort it. We will not be returning.

        Put a deposit on a Lunor lexon today! Great people on site, was given full brief of the caravan I was viewing. Happily left us to it. They gave a full brief description of the PREPERATION process and it seems nothing it to big for them to handle! As a motor dealer myself I know how hard it is to keep people happy and yes it was slightly dirty but they get a major valet prior to being released! The valet, non existent! A shame!! The repairs they said again non existent and the step that was with the van and tool kit MISSING after viewing! Very disappointed. 8.5k from a dealer and not cleaned or done properly as agreed!
