Brought a caravan that was just said to have 1 fault which was the heater didn't work on gas but did electric. Which doesn't work either. Had to buy new battery as the 1 he said was in the box wasn't there. remote missing for motor mover albeit he replaced that but the movers knackered anyway. Gas water heaters got to be fixed or replaced as it leaks. Sold with full awning only its a porch awning. Kitchen taps leak all over the place as does the bathroom sink. Had gas regulator cut out as it was out dated but not replaced had to replace it myself not even put gas stickers on to show what gas and regulator was needed. Just had van out this weekend so have a few more jobs to do as well. All in all feel mislead So wouldn't recommend this business to anyone

I can't say how good these are because I have been a few times when they are meant to be open on the days they say they are open we have sat for 30 minutes and no one turned up this is no way to run a business

Purchased a caravan from here, on the face of it, amazing, very nice people, easy sales etc. But do not focus on what they say there going to do. Damage to the rear wasnt sorted, promised to but didnt, the toilet repair caused a near fire when the dodgy repair that left a wiring loom in the flush section shorted, fridge had a gas leak, was not valeted as stated, left with mold in the fridge and around door seals. Would not recommend. Also told us features the van didnt actually have, it was only when we part exchanged it the garage we purchased second time round said he saw us coming! They repair damaged vans on site also not an impressive outfit to be honest.
