LP Lettings

If you are considering renting from LP Lettings: just don't. They caused me more issues than I could care to mention. They are unprofessional, rude and honestley a little sketchy. They do not uphold their end of the contract, nor make any effort to contact the landlord when they are required too. They do not care about you as a person or as a tenant, in many cases they will speak down to you and outright ignore your issue. I was only with them for 7 months, though the reprocussions still affected me even after I had left. During my tenancy I experienced multiple issues: The property was extremely filthy when I moved in (I spent a week bleaching the entire place), I found myself locked out (with very minimal effort given to help me reenter the property. I spent multiple days at a friend's house), I was without a washing machine (for 2 weeks) and an Internet connection (for over a month) despite it being in the contract that this will be provided, I was forced to extend the tenancy by another month after the 6 month period had elapsed (and rent demanded despite not having the money as my tenancy had ended and I had paid to move elsewhere), further rent demanded the following month despite having left the property and returned my keys, They also kept my deposit for much longer than they are legally allowed too and they also took much more than they really should have from my deposit citing fallical reasons (I left the property in much better condition than it was when I moved in, but according to them it was "absolutely disgusting". it's also worth noting that these reasons changed every time I asked). Finally, whenever I would ring them to resolve whatever issue I was currently having, they would be extremely rude and infantalise me. The whole ordeal caused me way too much stress and sleepless nights. I would highly recommend avoiding them: it's just not worth it.

If I could give LP lettings 0 stars I would, they are money grabbing and dont care about the Tenant's. They changed my contract without letting me know, tried to change my locks whilst I was out at work the same day and the only reason I knew about it was because the lock Smith rang me. They didn't fix things like when my ceiling came in. They tried to change my studio into a en suit without changing the rent. Non responsive and just an outright horrid lettings company DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

I called them twice to book a viewing for a property and they said they will call me back when they have available dates. They never called me and now the property is rented. Horrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful staff. Basically just want to take your money and not help any further.
