If Carlsberg did a Gym this would be it... Fortis Farnsfield it's an amazing facility with great owners, personal trainers & members. I've never experienced a gym with such a family feel before, everyone offers each other support & encouragement, achievements are celebrated as a team & this results in ultra motivated members. If you've not been to a gym in a while it can be a daunting experience to return, uncertainty about how to perform the various exercises, avoiding certain weight training exercises because the people already there are lifting far heavier weights than you can. It can be an anonymous place where no one speaks, lacking atmosphere & support. The result you go a few times & quickly pack it in. This is where Fortis differs, the personal trainers know you by name, they take an interest in you & understand your goals. They provide expert advice not only on how to perform exercises but also nutrition as food is the fuel to deliver your goals. You learn about motivational techniques & find yourself listening to motivational playlists on spotify. It's a truly amazing thing to experience, it feels like you not only have a team supporting you but a family. Your not a number here, there's a genuine interest & determination to help you achieve your goals. Have tried many gyms in the area,none of them even slightly compare to this place,fantastic gym with top class instructors,gorgeous surroundings and setting,top of the range equipment and 5 star facilities!You walk in the door thinking your a member,when you walk out of the door you realise your part of the MGS FAMILY!
