Styrin at Moortop

Great cars with outstanding customer service. Nothing is a problem as long as the customer is satisfied. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a car to try these guys out first.

My daughter got her new car, here, after a long, long search for the right one. Clearly Styrin knows their stuff when it comes to offering the best cars at the right money. My daughter was over the moon with her purchase and the sales guys couldn't have been nicer. Travelling down from central Scotland we had to be confident that it was the right car as we were going to take it away the same day. Having already had a wasted journey to Dundee a couple of nights previously (CARZ, Peter Vardy), it was doubly important that we weren't going to waste another journey. Styrin had listed the car on AutoTrader with excellent pics and a great description, which always helps! I spoke to one of their salesmen before heading down and was reassured by their responses; they even offered to service the car and put a new tyre on it, even although the didn't need to (wasn't illegal, but was close to wear limit). They let my daughter and myself have an unaccompanied test drive, which is unusual in itself but I suspect they knew the importance of this for my daughter, especially. There was a very slight issue with the way the door of the car was closing, which just needed a catch adjustment - when I pointed it out they fixed it then and there without question. Over the years I've had some terrible experiences with car dealerships, they outweigh the good experiences by a long way. However, I can confidently say that Styrin are one of the very best car dealers I've ever dealt with. It was well worth the 8 hour round trip and my daughter is absolutely over the moon with the car. So, a massive thank you to Styrin for such an easy and stress free transaction. I just wish I could offer 6 stars!
