Spoke to Elise on the phone, the most rudest person i have ever come across. Zero customer service. Abnoxiois and very stubborn. Terrible company, will never use again!

We have been the victims of of Defluo Group scammer who responded to a call on Sunday. Plumber arrived in Defluo Group van (we have pics) who pretended to undertake work that did nothing to fix a leak. Charged a 120 call out charge and requested payment in cash. Stated a 10 part was required that would be quicker if we obtained that day, otherwise it take longer to procure through Defluo Group ordering system. A colleague would be back the next day to complete the job if we got the part and to email him to let him know. They would send the invoice when the job was complete. This we did and we never heard from him again. Lesson learned. This is now a criminal matter and we invite Defluo Group to engage with us as we report the matter to the police. Rating maybe changed depending if and how Defluo Group respond. In the meantime I hope by putting our personal ambarrassment aside others will avoid falling into the trap and don't take a professional looking company, man and representative as a sign of integrity and honesty. We shall continue to spread the message wider in the local and wider social media community if we continue to view engagement with Defluo sevices a material scamming risk. Hopefully for Defluo Group's sake this was one bad egg in their organisation. Service: Plumbing leak repair

2 of your vans were parked in parent and child spaces this afternoon at Hatfield asda. Neither man had evidence of a child with them. This us pure laziness, selfishness and disregard fir others.

I reported a home emergency to my insurance company . This company contacted me- i assume my insurance company subcontracted the job to them. They gave an ETA which they never kept (by hours not just minutes, still counting) Then they gave another one that they didn't keep. They didn't even apologise for the delay. Time is money. If you waste people's time, you waste their money, so have the decency to apologise. Called the insurance company at 7.30am to register the home emergency. Defluo contacted me at 10.46am. Nearly 5 o'clock and still waiting for them to show up. Called a few times. Last time I complained they said someone would call me quickly in 5 minutes- Do you think they called as promised? No, I called back much later and was told the engineer would attend in an hour and a half , which is nearly 6.30pm! If someone does eventually turn up, I hope the quality of their work is better than my experience thus far. Need I say more- just delays delays delays! Forget these guys!
