Braeside Surgery

This place is a joke. If you pass by you can see how lazy these people are and having silly conversations between them. They are absolutely useless. A bunch of people who needs to be replace for people who needs that job and do it the job properly. Ive called today as I have a bad chest infection and I cant been until in two weeks???? Really? Thats a joke. I am a full tax payer and I am everytime more and more annoying at the NHS service. Why paying taxes for the NHS when the service is just rubbish? Its a joke!

I am 7 months pregnant with a chest infection, I have had pneumonia twice and am asthmatic. I was told to be at the surgery for 8am and I was guaranteed an appointment. Its 1 degrees outside and snowing! I have gone there to be told a doctor will call me and the only reason I have gone there is to save sitting on the phone! If the doctor decides to see me I will need to come back! The same surgery told me to go to urgent care yesterday but today its not important!! I am absolutely Gobsmacked !

One star too many. I have a 3 year old boy, and so far the surgery GPs missed or misdiagnosed tonsillitis ( 4 days on ivf), 2 chest infections, severe ear infection in both ears. He has been on antibiotics 3 times since the beginning of the year and still no one has checked him face to face, we had to use private GP 2 times costing us 260 in cost of living crisis. This place should not be open!!!
