        I guess if they have the caravan you want, then buy it. They will honour warranties, but boy do they make you feel like you are a real bother to them, and they act obstructively hoping you will go away. Very poor attitude to customer service which seems to filter down from their owner/management. Just a very poor experience from caravan purchase through to end of warranty period. Sharman Caravans in Ipswich for me next time!
