They dont understand why people arent happy working here because the staff are too scared to tell the truth
The bipolar shift manager (Matt) is a nightmare to work for
Hes good at pretending to be a decent person at first but trust me hes not
I dont know why hes still employed at Treves its almost like the people above him (Malcolm) is also scared of him
The staff are actually decent and I didnt dislike any of them
Its just Matt and his cronies
