        Fabulous service! One phone call to clarify and get an answer to the problem - from the person who answered the phone! Parts ordered same day and delivered the next to London (amidst Royal Mail strikes). So impressed!

        I represent a group of volunteers running a community pub in Devon. Times are hard for the hospitality sector as we all know. Recently we suffered serious damage to our Magimix food processor and sent it to BBS for repair. I can honestly say that the service we received was outstanding. We are so very grateful to Martin for his kindness and generosity. This company is an outstanding example of customer service and integrity and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking Magimix products, spare parts or repairs.
