Michelle has been providing me with excellent reflexology treatments for the past couple of years. The passion and skill that she has translates into the effectiveness of the sessions, which have really helped me cope with stressful times and anxiety. I discovered Michelle when some girlfriends and I were looking for an evening of at home pampering. She planned and delivered a bespoke evening of reflexology, Indian head massage, Japanese acupressure facial and a hand massage for me and 3 girlfriends; the little gift box was an absolute delight and a welcome gesture. Since February, we have had 2 pamper evenings from Michelle and they were faultless! Little did I know that Michelle would become such an essential aspect of my long covid/mental health recovery! When I met Michelle, I was at the peak of my long covid symptoms (which had exacerbated my chronic health conditions) and struggling with my recovery whilst maintaining a full time position as an Assistant Headteacher. I couldnt see the light at the end of the tunnel, I couldnt visualise a time when Id be free of my daily struggles. I embarked on a journey of rediscovery with Michele through my weekly reflexology sessions and 5 months down the line I honestly believe that my recovery has been progressed with Michelles kind hearted and caring nature. Whether youre looking for some individual healing or an opportunity to have a truly relaxing pamper evening I can whole heartedly recommend Michelle! I felt very relaxed during the session and afterwards felt more balanced. Surprisingly I have noticed since the session a great improvement in the skins condition on the soles of my feet which had previously been troubling me greatly with severe flaking. Thankyou Michelle.

I booked a pamper evening after recommendation from a mutual contact on how fantastic this service was. After having got to know Michelle and her services, and listening to many amazing testimonials at a networking group we both attend, I thought this would be the ideal opportunity to find out more while having a get together in my own home. I have never been one to go to spas or have regular treatments of any kind, but as I mentioned before after the glowing feedback I had heard - I felt Michelle would be a great start. The evening was absolutely brilliant, a well-constructed session which allowed myself and my 3 guests to relax, laugh and be very spoilt by the amazing treatments included in the package. I surprised myself how much I enjoyed it and on thinking about it as I drifted off into a peaceful sleep that evening, it was purely down to Michelle. Michelle has a unique ability in that she has a calming presence and in talking to her or just relaxing quietly while having the treatment, you find some peace and clarity. Coming from a corporate business world myself, I can also see how Michelle would be able to add immediate morale boosting benefits for staff well-being for any size company. So would be an excellent asset to be able to tap into. On a personal level, I have also referred Michelle to friends who have been absolutely overwhelmed with the positive influence her treatment and ability have been able to give them on many levels. Michelle is a very special person, with a skill and mind-blowing talent that needs to be witnessed by all.
