We are more than happy with the summerhouse which Jonathan and his team built for us. Sophie was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and they went to great lengths to build the bespoke building that we wanted, as it had to fit into a specific space. It is greatly admired by all who come into our garden, thank you.

Two years later and I still really enjoy my shed. I am still amazed of its high build quality and looks. I use it as garden tool storage, but also a summer outdoor office. I enjoy sitting in it. It is well worth the price and the included installation was amazing.

From initial call, through design ideas to construction, the whole Phoenix team have been superb. Given the current circumstances with COVID and the increase in working from home, I was very keen not to continue working in my dining room, and wanted some space separate to the house. Phoenix listened to what I wanted, put the design together very quickly and once I confirmed the build we were away. Even though there was a national shortage on timber at one point (lots of garden construction this year nationwide!) the team persevered, managed the schedule and contractor work (electrician and plasterer) and delivered and constructed the finished product in just under 3 weeks. I am so grateful to the team in providing the highest quality service, with the highest quality of timber construction skills. The office is now up and running, and we have our dining room back at last. All the team were great but Id like to call out Sophie for her excellent project management skills and Jonathon for leading the design and build on this job. Both exemplify customer care and service. Cant recommend these guys high enough. They are brilliant.
