I have asked for a full refund of the fees paid a very frustrating experience the level of service was in my opinion not up to standard after 60 days the extension plans were still not completed ! The Company insisted on upfront payments even for the first visit which generally everybody does free! once money paid delays experienced first due to illness further delays due to tax returns not exactly professional as described on the website ! Check out the company tax returns on Companies house before proceeding with this company I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Tom Chia is a Con Artist. He hired my team to create him a new website, of which we spent many hours creating for him. Upon completion he would not pay his bill and instead went somewhere else, an old web designer of his who copied our design almost like for like and will not pay his outstanding invoice. From phone calls and emails to Tom throughout the work, he had told me that he would not pay his previous web designers for work they did because they had carried out architectural work "not upto his standard" so he would also not pay for that work - 9 jobs in total which he owes them. This is why he has had to change his domain name from tomchiadesigns.td.co.uk to tomchiadesigns.co.uk - because the old website designers would not release the domain or hosting to him due to not paying his bills. Tom also told me that another previous website designer he used - coincidentally the one who has purged my website and built it up for him - he had not paid him on more than 2 occasions in the past and had to beg him to work with him again. I am in the process of taking him to court over plagiarism of our design which I have total proof over and will be looking to claim our money from him. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE TOM CHIA FOR ANY SERVICES WHATSOEVER - HE IS A CROOK, A CON MAN AND DOES NOT PAY HIS INVOICES.
