If you are looking for a reliable, reputable and honest company, look no further. After having an outrageous quote from another pumps business in Surrey (you know who you are!), who advised me I needed an incredible amount of work, I rang Pumps services for another quote because I just couldnt believe it. Turns out, the other pumps company were planning on changing pumps that werent burnt out as well as my control panel which was also perfectly fine! Pumps services were HONEST and quoted me for what I needed and didnt try to swindle me out of money. I cant recommend Pumps services enough, they have my business for the next 20 years. Dont hesitate to use these guys, they were professional, on time and honest. Thank you!

Always super responsive even to early morning (still dark!) emergency calls. Persisted until the fault was fixed. Communication is top class & proactive. I would certainly recommend them. Technicians competent, polite & v tidy.

I contacted PSS for a routine service as my previous contractor let me down and I havent turned back. Ollie and the team have completed several projects for me across my hospital portfolio. They are reliable and book in with plenty of notice. The communication is clear and precise. I would highly recommend PSS.

Honestly the best in the business. Called out for emergency on a block of flats we run. Serviced two new pumps and cleaned out a lot of mess caused by the waste. Thanks Oliver and Craig
