I think by the time the project was done I had worked with nearly everybody in some way or another. The one thing I loved most about working with Pelling was that they were flexible with how we worked together. If we wanted more of an account manager approach that was fine, but we chose to talk directly with the team collaborating with them. Everyone from the creatives to the web developers are friendly, professional and all-round superstars. They listened to our needs and ideas and reacted quickly. Our main project had a very tight deadline, but Pelling made it happen, even when the small website project turned into a bigger re-brand!
As a company we still use Pelling today (after the main projects completion) and treat them as an extension of our own marketing department. No ask is ever too big, and they feel like colleagues rather than a separate company.
