RSVP Event Hire

We ordered 80 chairs via our venue for use on our wedding day in September. Delivery drivers were rude and openly admitted that the chairs were not cleaned in between events. The chairs were soiled with dried food, some weren't even screwed together properly. 80% of them were stacked with the seat pads on and so the pads were marked and indented. I said that this wasnt ok and the man just said "i can take them away!" Whoch wasn't really an option the eve before my wedding and they were late delivering in the first place. I would not recommend.

The day after my wedding I waited an extra hour for them to come and collect the items I hired from them, but they never came! It was a Sunday and I couldnt get hold of anyone. My husband even went to their premises but no one was there. In the end I had to leave the all the chairs etc at the venue. Because I was kept waiting, I missed being able to say goodbye to family returning abroad after the wedding, and other guests going home. The next day I called and asked if the manager could call me to explain what happened. No one bothered to call. Very disappointed with this company!!
