Extremely Unprofessional, would not recommend. Owner Took deposit from me, Cancelled first appointment due to illness which i had been extremely understanding about. Made the second appointment which i turned up on time for. No one was there. I was also left on read and ignored when asking about parking. Tried to contact the owner through phone, message and messenger and was ignored. I had to arrange child care for this appointment so am very disappointed that she could not have contacted me sooner. Now am trying to get my deposit back but am still being ignored so am going to go to the salon directly to get it back. Wish me luck. Plenty of other beauty salons around. Please read the reviews like I wish I did.

First of all I booked in advance and added a patch test for my lash lift and tint as I have eczema and sensitive skin so thought it was important. I messaged a couple days before my appointment asking if I just show up the day before for my patch test and the owner replied yes. The day before I let the owner know a rough time to be helpful and she then said she'd try to make it but couldn't guarantee. After trying to sort a time I was told she couldn't make it and I'd be fine without a patch test. After getting my lashes done, they blasted 3/4 weeks instead of the guaranteed 12 weeks and I noticed I'd lost eyelashes and a few eyelashes had snapped and were shorter than before. When I dmed the owner she was very unprofessional and wouldn't take any responsible for it and said I needed to see a doctor. She wouldn't give me any help until I said I wasn't asking for a refund. After this I said I would like some kind of compensation due to the whole ordeal and she said she'd find more information about what to do, didn't messaged back and then left me on read when I asked for an update. So unprofessional, not worth it

Cancelled 4 appointments on the trot... one due to wax machine breaking, one she just wasnt there when I arrived for my appointment and never returned my calls, one due serum not arriving on time and now again being unable to find the serum.
