        I visited Chris between November and December 2021 as I was struggling with neck and shoulder pain which had not improved with massage. Chris quickly diagnosed the cause and was able to recommend how to manage and improve the pain, and over the course of the following six sessions addressed the root causes. My neck and shoulder are now pain free, and I am able to sleep through the night. Highly recommended.
