Relax and Revitalise

Pam is simply a miracle worker. She has solved problems in the past that doctors couldnt and relieved me of pain that no physio or medication could. You can tell Pam believes in what she does and wants you to feel better, this isnt about the money for her. I always feel physically and emotionally better when I leave Pam, she really is a find and worth every penny.

Pam was recommended to me by a friend who advised once you have had a massage with Pam you won't go anywhere else. I was not disappointed! Pam is very knowledgeable about the body and I felt that I was being treated in a holistic way for body and mind. I was very relaxed after the massage session and the hot stones were amazing. I have had treatments many times with Pam at Relax and revitalise which has always been so beneficial to several injuries I have sustained. Pam is very professional and well trained with many qualifications but very caring and understanding. Her studio is calm and relaxing and the hot stones massage is just the best ! She not only treats the body but relaxes the mind as well. I recommend Pam for the full mind and body experience. You will not regret it !

Suffering from serious stress levels which have led to tension in neck, face and shoulder. As a result I've had sleep problems. Pam worked her magic on my head, neck and shoulders and as a result, 24 hrs later I feel better than I have for months.
