Simon and the team were absolutely outstanding last Tuesday, after being moved here from the Aldershot branch, we were more than happy to have such a wonderful, caring and helpful team to look after my stepfathers last journey. From the moment they took over they looked after my mother and Our family with the highest regard and kindness. On the day of the funeral they were thoughtful, considerate and caring, the cars arrived and from that moment on we felt we were treated with respect and dignity and I cannot praise them enough. From the drivers to the pallbearers and not forgetting the celebrant Jim, they did our Bryan proud. Thank you so, so much .

I would highly recommend. Outstanding service. The team, special mention to Nicki and Karin in the office for taking care of all the arrangements. Made a difficult process very smooth and covered all our wishes. Natalie, the funeral director, was brilliant on the day. The Web cast option worked really well for those who couldn't attend due to lockdown and felt very personal. A sad day helped by the team bringing their professionalism in a comforting and warm approach.

If you get to work with Natalie, she is brilliant. She came recommended direct from the crematorium & I cannot recommend her enough. The funeral industry is confusing & outdated. Most people are expected to navigate it for the first time whilst overwhelmed with grief. My father passed away last week & my brother & I had 7 days to organise his funeral. We wanted a modern, non traditional funeral which would fit my Dad's wishes. Natalie listened to everything we wanted, fit it in within the strict packages the company offers & delivered a wonderful service. She took extra care of our Dad from start to finish & we are forever grateful for this. I would also like to give a special mention to the team on the day. In fact everyone we met at Farnham Funeralcare were kind & professional.
