Great support when I had a knee injury - good diagnosis and exercises as well as targeted intervention. Worked for the left - sdie pain but needed more for the righat-side. Referral from Ian to orthopedics via GP produced an X-ray and now steroid injection for osteoarthritis. Let's see how that goes to get me back on the tennis court long-term.
