I booked a HydraFacial here on the basis of the good reviews at for my upcoming wedding. I had a call the day before asking if I could amend the time which was no problem. Unfortunately I turned up for my appointment at the rescheduled time today and upon arrival there was a lady shouting at the reception staff. It was someone that worked there (now I probably realise it was because of me) Made me feel quite uncomfortable. The staff seemed sheepish and got me to fill in a very long questionnaire. Once I had completed the staff member then informed me she would need to reschedule my appointment, which I was totally lost about. I asked why to the reply of our booking system had messed up and apologies. It would have been nice if I had a call before hand and paid for parking! I have now cancelled on the basis I don't trust that when I turn up on Monday this will happen again. Shame.
