AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I initially ordered a custom sign, it arrived promptly and initially I was happy and had no problems. After around 6 weeks of use, the sign stopped working properly. I emailed them and after around 2 weeks I finally had a response, they offered to send a replacement part which temporarily fixed it. Fast forward another 4 weeks, same problem again, the sign stopped working. So again I emailed them, after waiting weeks for a reply they finally agreed to replace the item with a new sign which I was happy about. (Bear in mind, every single email response takes them around 2 weeks, so to have a conversation about the same issue can take up to 6 weeks). Fast forward another 4/6 weeks, the new sign breaks AGAIN, at this point Ive had enough and asked for a refund. I was told rather than a refund they will send me a new sign to which I refused as Im sure i would have the same problem as the 3 previous times. After weeks of waiting for a response, theyre now asking me to send the sign back out of my own pocket, even though theyre legally required to collect it as it is. They want to review it and see why its broken, they gave me a list of reasons why they wont be able to refund me, (if the sign is broken due to the transformer burning out etc). Regardless of why its broken Im entitled to a full refund. Even if its repairable legally I can refuse the repair and get a refund but theyre reluctant to give me one. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced in my life, the response time to emails its awful. Im now having to take legal action to try and get a refund for the multiple faulty items theyve sent me. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, avoid them like the plague! I will be posting updates as I get them. UPDATE! The managing director is now sending me threatening emails. This company is blaming the Christmas break for the slow replies, but Ive had to wait 2 weeks for each reply since June! Also theyre trying to make out the sign isnt broke and Im just trying to get a refund which is absolute nonsense, Ive sent them multiple emails accurately describing what is wrong, they think because it turns on that it isnt broken, when Ive described many of times it turns on but I dont have use of the colour changing settings/remote, its stuck on one setting which is obviously a fault/not working properly

This is the quickest neon sign company I could find - they have amazing customer service and excelled their estimated delivery time which was honestly incredible!!!! And the quality of sign and how it is packaged, so impressed. 5***** will go here for all of my neon signs! Just want to say thanks soo much, and if youre considering buying from here - do it! :) xx

though shipment was extremely fast and yes this company is legitimate (which is amazing considering the stress it is to find a legit neon sign company for a fair price!) my light arrived scratched. customer service asked for a photo to be sent to their email however never responded back, I would've happily sent the item back for a full refund. A month later, after trying multiple times for an answer, openly being left on read and even being lied to about having issues with technology, I threatened them with further action to which they finally replied saying they quality check everything and pack with assurance nothing can be scratched, and basically implied this was self made damage which it was not. they then described they damage as a result of opening the package, and asked to see the package. if I was told this information over a month ago when I first received the item I would've happily sent it however a month on with no sign of response from them I begrudgingly put the scratched sign on my wall and threw away the packaging as I did not want to waste the 250(!) I paid for so would rather be unhappy with the item as the company was point blank ignoring me so they didn't have to process a refund! they also denied even a partial refund which I would've happily settled for. I explained the above to them in hope of them understanding that this was a company fault rather than my own as I would've happily complied with all of their policies for return if they hadn't completely ghosted me! now I have a fully unpackaged, damaged light screwed onto my wall that won't be coming off anytime soon as I was given no opportunity to send back my item. long story short, do not use this company! they may be fast and a good value for money, however the pros stop there! the lack of customer service is absolutely awful for the price they ask for. They also seemingly have no concept of how sometimes defaults do happen to products and that it is the customers right to ask for a refund if not a partial refund (extremely justified). maybe learn the saying 'the customer is always right' in future if you don't want to be left with such a bad review! avoid this company at all costs to save hassle! EDIT: the company reached out within minutes after posting this review despite being unable to reach any other time and tried to bribe me to take down my review!
