        From sending all of the samples out to helping me organise receiving my new carpet, Tapi have been excellent and the customer service from Andrew at Farnham has been fantastic.

        Popped in to look at vinyl flooring today at Tapi in Homebase Farnham. Extensive display with additional sample boards stored underneath with handles on top of samples. Surprised to be told I couldnt take a sample home, even when I offered to pay a deposit I was refused and told I had to order samples online. None kept instore. 30% off of range. However, it stops tomorrow! Hard sales push, no Customer is King mantra. Went to Carpetright where they couldnt have been more helpful. I give them one star as the salesperson did approach me immediately and start his sales pitch. Not impressed.
